Painted Fireplace

I painted a fireplace this weekend! Took it from a salmon color, to white with a great "cracked paint" look!

This is a picture of me, in progress.

Consider this a little reminder that I do more than murals and landscapes, but also create textured, brushed, washed, cracked and other great effects to any piece of furniture or wall.

Metal Turtle

I have painted alot of things over the years, and being that I am neither camera or computer savvy, it is rare that something gets recorded. I have to relie on my wonderful daughter to do it for me.

That being said, I painted this metal turtle last year. Along with it, I painted about 15 other metal figures, mostly fish, for a restaurant called Ozzies. Only now (or well, yesterday) did this turtle finally get captured by camera.

Soon, I hope to get more of my art captured and posted for you all to see. I will try not to space out updates so long anymore, of course life gets busy.
